The
third tournament
of year was held on Kentucky Lake. Pre-fish established a few solid
pattern with lot's of keepers and few nice (4+) fish being put in the
boat on Thursday and Friday. Unfortunately, like has been the
case much of the year those patterns stood for some and went south for
others. The weather was nice on Saturday with a little wind and some
scattered clouds. Tyler Schilds and let it be known that he's doing
more than going to class with huge bag of over 20 pounds, including a nice
kicker of fish of 5.04. Mark Shields had a piece of that but Tyler did most
the damage. 2nd through 5th would have to have a solid Day 2 to
compete. Hometown favorite and former member Brent Evans and Larry
Thomas stayed on their solid pattern and moved from 4th to 1st, Morie & Dick
moved from 5th to 2nd with a 5 fish 2nd day. |
